About Emily

A Lifetime in Theatre

Emily Stark has worked in a variety of venues from California to Massachusetts in Stage, Box Office, and Production Management. Whether it is Opera, Theatre, or Festivals, Emily brings her passion for creating supportive and harmonious spaces for Artists to create within. 

She is committed to building and operating inclusive and Anti-Racist work environments. It is only through continuous and conscious dismantling of the White Supremacy that permeates our institutions that progress can be made.

Emily was privileged to be born to theatre. Her love of creating meaningful and entertaining Art began in her early years as a musical theatre actress. She began her career in Artistic Management in Southern California as a freelance Stage Manager and Box Office Manager.

She has a BA in Theatre Arts with a focus in Design and Technical with an emphasis in Stage Management from California State University of San Bernardino and a Certificate in Arts Administration from the Metropolitan College at Boston University.

Emily is currently raising her daughters in the Bay Area.
